Manages the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Beverage Supervisors, Beverage Purchaser, and Beverage Receiving Stewards. Leads and directs the Casino Bars, Gaming Floor Beverage Services, and the enterprise-wide Beverage Warehouse operation. Responsible for the overall strategic and operational performance of these units, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Provides leadership and oversight to department supervisors and team members in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and evaluating work; conducting performance reviews; and administering coaching, rewards, and corrective action as necessary. This position functions approximately 20% strategic and 80% operational, balancing long-range leadership initiatives with daily execution across all beverage operations. Drives operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all casino bars, beverage outlets, and gaming floor service areas Leads beverage operations with a focus on performance, efficiency, and profitability across multiple venues and service points. Champions service standards by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service times to Table Games and Server-to-Machine-In-Use (MIU) staffing ratios, ensuring consistent, predictable outcomes. Directs and optimizes the centralized beverage warehouse, overseeing procurement, inventory integrity, storage, and internal distribution to all departments and outlets. Partners with Purchasing, Finance, and vendors to forecast product needs, manage supply chain relationships, and sustain cost-effective operations. Upholds compliance with Arizona Title 4, company alcohol policies, health, safety, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Reviews and acts upon guest feedback through Medallia and other reporting tools, developing action plans to elevate service and strengthen team accountability. Develops, coaches, and empowers department supervisors and leaders to build operational depth, professional growth, and future bench strength. Champions sales-building and upselling techniques through training, reinforcement, and recognition, ensuring all team members maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Maintains the ability to perform and support all beverage service functions as needed to ensure seamless operations during peak periods or special events. Innovates beverage programs, promotions, and product offerings that align with hospitality trends and guest preferences, driving engagement and revenue growth. Advances process improvement initiatives and technology utilization to enhance workflow, accuracy, and team efficiency. Ensures continued adherence to PCI and Title 31 compliance standards, maintaining the highest integrity in guest data protection and regulatory reporting. Collaborates with internal departments to ensure alignment of service standards, event support, and beverage availability across the enterprise. Promotes a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement throughout all beverage service and warehouse environments. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements commonly known as PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance by attending training provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management. Signature verification of course attendance will be required. Responsible for the enforcement of PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect the guests’ private card information. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting inappropriate card handling activity, of either customers or by employees, as defined by PCI. Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; College degree from four-year college or university or Hotel Management School; 5 to 10 years related experience in the Food & Beverage industry; 5 years in a management role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Casino F&B experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. Other Qualifications

Must be able to work harmoniously with co-workers and staff and instill the idea of being a team player.
