What The Restaurant Manager Does
Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale restaurant Ensure every shift runs with a sense of urgency and excellence Lead and inspire a polished front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards for food, presentation, and pace Maintain operational control over labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in execution
Who This Restaurant Manager Is
A seasoned hospitality professional with 2+ years of upscale or fine dining management experience who takes pride in delivering excellence Highly organized and naturally decisive, with strong floor presence and a sense of command Skilled in coaching and developing a high-caliber team Detail-obsessed with a strong eye for service, pace, and presentation Calm and effective in high-pressure moments ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
