Sous Chef - Corporate Dining (Johnston, RI) Salary: $75,000 - $80,000/yr

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef Manager with managing cost controls and account expenditures.

Assist the Chef Manager with planning and creating menus.

Produce and execute catering events.

Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

A.S. or equivalent experience.

Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.

Catering experience a plus.

High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.

Institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful.

Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet.

Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs.

ServSafe certified - highly desirable.
