Executive Recruiter at Houston City Personnel: JOB PURPOSE: Working as part of a small admin team to undertake all administrative and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office; maintain a high level of customer services and excellent support for staff and sales. Compensation

This range is provided by Houston City Personnel. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range : $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Responsibilities

Performing routine administrative tasks. Dealing with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Scheduling appointments. Following up with customers regarding invoicing and collecting payments. Opening and closing work files. Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from customers, employees, suppliers and staff. Performing administrative tasks related to Foundation/Reroute sales and operations, including entering new appointments in the office database (Salesforce). Requesting line locates for new jobs (marking of underground utility lines). Creating job invoices. Applying for and closing work permits as required. Scheduling inspections with appropriate government offices. Ensuring customers receive excellent service from the foundation/reroute department in all aspects of the service. Assisting other members of the admin team when needed. Preparing paperwork to close out job files. Processing requests to transfer Service Agreements. Arranging hotel reservations for crews for out-of-town jobs. Arranging per diem checks for crews when necessary. Scanning job files for digital storage. Qualifications

Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail. Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative. Aptitude to work without direct supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt. Excellent IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks. Salesforce experience is helpful.
