Responsibilities
Build excitement and interest in new club openings, generate leads, and support the management team at pre-sale events.
Build quality relationships in the community and represent the UFC GYM brand.
Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and grand opening parties.
Act with integrity, only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.
Outgoing, energetic personality, organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, team-oriented, professional and self-motivated, effective communicator both in person and online.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
General understanding of fitness industry.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Team player.
