Pay Range $16.50 - $17.25 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $4.84 - $5.69. 75% off meals E arn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich: Primary Responsibilities: A Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest. The ability to adhere to our Core Values and the Five Promises of a Great Team Member.
