The Passenger Service Agent provides passenger/customer services as contracted by the customer, including reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal/gate check-in, greeting arriving passengers, VIP handling, special passenger assistance, customer complaints, and other duties as assigned. The expected pay rate is $20/hr. Various shifts are available to accommodate your schedule. Your activities

Inspect and verify passenger documentation. Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations. Manage baggage processing, including handling and fee calculation if applicable. Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes, supporting those with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance. Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required. Make public address announcements as needed. Assist Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and delivery. Comply with all security requirements and Swissport SOPs and policies. Operate equipment including jet ways, computers, and reservation/ticketing software. Produce required work-related documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Your profile

Good command of English (verbal and written). High School diploma or GED. Passionate about customer service with relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in the country-specific language (Portuguese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, or Korean). Additional languages are desirable. Committed to continuous improvement. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Attentive to detail and numerate. Ability to follow processes and adapt when needed. Willing to work in various weather conditions.
