Founded in 2005 by Kim Strunk, an occupational therapist passionate about serving families, Hopebridge began with a vision to make high-quality, compassionate care accessible and has expanded nationwide to help children and families thrive. The organization takes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to therapy, offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy to create individualized treatment plans that address each child’s unique needs, fostering growth, communication, and independence. Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide well-rounded, interdisciplinary care Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide well-rounded, interdisciplinary care Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces Required Skills
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required What You’ll Need
