We are currently seeking an entry level Water/Wastewater Engineer in our Newport News, VA office. Responsibilities will include water and sewer modeling, water and wastewater facility evaluation, design, and construction administration. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program 0-4 years of water/wastewater design experience Understanding of or experience designing water and wastewater facilities including pipelines, pumping systems, and treatment systems Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, Bentley MicroStation and water distribution and sewer modeling software a plus Relevant internship experience required for new graduates Exceptional communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others Passing grade on the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam or EIT preferred Required Submissions: Resume A copy of current, or most recent, school transcript (If you are applying via a 3rd party site that does not allow attachments, please email transcript to careers@wrallp.com) WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
