Lead classes according to Coppermine curriculum and values. Create a warm, inclusive space where kids feel safe to express themselves. Orient and welcome new dancers and families. Clean up the dance space and equipment as needed. Keep the Coordinator informed of any issues or concerns. Consistently arrive on time and ready to lead. Attend staff trainings and meetings.
