As a freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail setting. Deliver makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance, or hair consultations as part of in-store experiences. Participate in in-store events and help maintain high visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and educational customer experience. Qualifications
Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview. Pay, Benefits, and Eligibility
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget and may vary by geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
