Overview
Dynamic and Experienced Waste Industry Leaders to join Waste Pro USA in the Southeast. This leadership role focuses on support, accounting and operational procedures at a single division, with accountability for revenue growth, staff development, and end-of-line management for the division. The position involves building rapport with internal and external customers, including employees, businesses and municipal staff, and working with the Regional Vice President to develop annual budgets and objectives. Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting all accounting functions, including fiduciary, purchasing, budgetary, forecast, and financial planning responsibilities. Responsible for all client support matters. Responsible for meeting, analyzing and discussing matters with the Regional Vice President. Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with managers, drivers, helpers, mechanics, and office staff, and other departments within the organization. Mentor and develop staff by overseeing department managers to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures. Oversee recruitment for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; with the help of the local HR team, oversee new personnel training to ensure policy compliance. Develop budgets and review monthly needs and yearly projections; contribute to cost savings plans. Assist with developing and implementing related annual goals and initiatives. Identify and implement process and control improvements; oversee implementation and oversight of special projects. Maintain relationships with municipal staff and develop new relationships for future growth. Other Job Responsibilities
Attend and participate in corporation-sponsored training courses as assigned. Stay up to date on current technology as applicable to Waste Pro USA. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Regional Vice President. Work Environment
