THE ROLE As an Account Manager, your mission is to facilitate the meaningful partnership between brands and creators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and execute post‑sale influencer campaigns with revenue of $1 M‑3 M per year.

Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for key clients, while mentoring, educating, and developing strategies to meet brand business objectives.

Manage high volume and fast‑paced email communications with influencers—from initial sourcing and negotiations, guiding creative development of content, and ensuring rollout aligns with campaign goals and KPIs.

Address daily client needs and requests related to the campaign or other ancillary asks in a timely, strategy‑oriented manner.

Identify trends and develop performance insights, resulting in meaningful recommendations and strategies.

Actively counsel clients by providing strategic market feedback and participating in product development with the Open Influence team.

Support pre‑sale planning, working closely with cross‑functional teams (sales and creative) to ensure strategy aligns with client goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant client‑facing, agency experience.

Experience building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketing.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to handle a high volume of email communications on a daily basis.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

LOCATION This is a hybrid role with an expectation of one day per week in our Los Angeles office.

SALARY The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 USD, depending on experience.
