Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to support customers, manage inbound inquiries, process orders, and coordinate communication between internal departments and clients. You will also assist the outside sales team and contribute to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely information on product availability, pricing, and technical specifications
Prepare accurate sales quotations and convert them into orders through our ERP system
Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and offering solution‑oriented support
Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure a consistent and coordinated customer experience
Identify new opportunities and act on lead generation, upselling, direct selling, or cross‑selling within existing accounts in collaboration with outside sales
Follow up on outstanding quotes, backorders, and delivery timelines
Maintain up‑to‑date customer and sales activity records within our CRM system
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Assist with customer service functions such as returns, order tracking, and documentation
Utilize social media, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract new business
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial distribution (experience with plastics or piping systems is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and desire to contribute to team success
Hunter mentality and desire to earn uncapped commissions
