What You Will Do As a Sales Associate in our Sports Medicine specialty, you will be the face of Stryker products. You will assist Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker products, educating doctors, nurses, and other staff about product functionality, maintenance, updates, and educational programs. Following extensive product training, you will tailor the promotional message to each customer, advise on product selection, answer questions, and distinguish Stryker products from competitors. Your day will involve representing a leading medical device brand and impacting patient care.

What You Need

0–2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).

B.A. or B.S. degree required.

Field sales training – in‑field training.

Successful completion of in‑house product training program.

Confident communicator and influential conversationalist.

Charismatic networker with strong internal and external relationship building.

Strategic closer who consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales quota.

Trusted partner and subject‑matter expert on product knowledge.

Competitive achiever driven to advance Stryker’s mission.

Additional Responsibilities And Duties

Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

Communicate with large groups and telephonically.

Use common office equipment (fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.).

Travel up to 20% overnight annually.

Drive an automobile.

Negotiate price and terms of transactions with customers.

Resolve customer complaints and questions.

Disseminate detailed product knowledge to customers.

Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns.

$60,000 for salary + benefits.
