What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Drive customer success initiatives and facilitate the adoption of Domino Cloud among existing customers

Leverage product expertise to engage in consultative conversations with customers throughout their renewal process

Identify and secure upsell opportunities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction

Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and communicate potential business risks to develop resolution strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing, pre or post-sales role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager

Experience in a SaaS/AI environment is preferred

Technical aptitude to understand the employer's product portfolio

Proven track record of exceeding goals in a customer management role

Proficiency in SFDC and CRM tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with relevant products in the market, such as Cloudera, Databricks, Sagemaker, Google, SAS, or other ML/Analytics Solutions

Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

High level of comfort engaging with executives and procurement teams at enterprise companies

A strong growth mindset and desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
