We are committed to being adaptive and innovative to continue our success. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Mortgage Sales Manager position in the Cleveland, OH Region. Responsibilities:
Manage the secondary market lending functions, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations. Ensure borrowers receive necessary documents, including Good Faith Estimates and RESPA documents. Educate staff on policies related to secondary market lending, address complaints, and resolve issues. Hire and train loan production sales personnel, providing timely feedback. Conduct annual reviews for all supervised loan officers. Required Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of bank’s secondary market policies and procedures. Experience with loan platforms used in secondary market departments. Knowledge of federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending. Familiarity with FHA/HUD reverse mortgage guidelines. Understanding of investor guidelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of secondary market lending experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet. College courses in business, finance, or insurance are preferred. This is a full-time, executive position that can be based in-office or remote, reporting to the LPO Manager.
