Job Description
Musco is seeking a Global Sales Operations Specialist (Bilingual-Spanish) to join our team in Oskaloosa, IA. Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a technical field preferred Two years previous experience in a technical customer support or coordination role is preferred Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Detailed, organized, and results driven with the ability to solve problems Knowledgeable and able to discuss with customers the attributes of Musco product Understanding of Musco and company business practices Knowledge of the sales and public bidding processes General understanding of electrical and structural concepts Roles And Responsibilities:
Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning. Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects. Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies. Identify issues or problems that affect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve in a timely manner. Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements. Discuss customer responses with other managers with a view of improving the sales process. Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed. Other duties as assigned. Other Special Requirements:
