We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. At Xplor, we provide cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses to manage the hassles of running and growing a business. With Xplor Pay, we help businesses get paid quickly and securely – without hidden fees. We built the tech ourselves, and our platform delivers secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payments. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Qualifications

Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: Fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region Additional Information
