We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and lead business growth initiatives in the BPO sector. This executive role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the BPO industry, with exceptional leadership and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth targets and establish the company as a market leader in the BPO space.

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting enterprise-level clients across various industries.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to foster long-term partnerships.

Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored BPO solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable value.

Market Expansion: Identify emerging market trends and new service opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the BPO industry.

Sales Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.

Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and build the brand.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in the BPO industry.

Demonstrated success in selling complex outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients.

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Expertise in managing long sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.

Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Deep understanding of BPO operations, market dynamics, and client needs.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.

Ability to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
