How you'll make an impact
The Branch Client Service Manager II is responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of assigned accounts within a Branch. This role reports directly to the Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor. The role contributes to client retention, satisfaction, and enhances AJG's value, while achieving operational and margin targets. You will manage accounts profitably, build and strengthen client relationships, lead renewal processes, and promote additional services and coverage lines.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience. Producer's License, ability to travel up to 25%, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and appropriate licensing as required. Preferred:
Prior insurance knowledge, experience managing client relationships, and solid financial acumen. Construction experience is highly preferred. Behaviors:
