Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab offers various services to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. Our team includes experts certified in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. We have partnered with the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to ensure our clients receive world-class stretching sessions. Our proprietary flexologist training guarantees top-quality service. POSITION : The Sales Associate assists the General Manager with membership sales by attracting new members and booking introductory sessions. They also help retain current members and ensure smooth studio operations. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. The Sales Associate acts as the studio manager in the absence of the General Manager. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required. REQUIREMENTS : Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Passion for health and fitness Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and group sessions Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email Proficient computer skills RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and member engagement to grow the studio Schedule clients and manage the front desk for check-ins and greetings Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and understanding client needs Maintain personal sales targets Promote the studio’s fitness and wellness objectives Present available services to current and prospective members Participate in community events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and hospital events Keep the studio clean and organized Perform other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS : Competitive pay based on experience Discounts on retail products Commission on sales Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for growth within the studio, including sales and management roles
