Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability. Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI. Representation: Act as the face of the sales organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and events. Candidate Qualifications

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in managing large sales teams and driving organizational change. Expertise in selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise clients. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
