The Role

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping ensures our guest accommodations and all areas front and back of house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times. They manage the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department, establish and control cleaning schedules, and work closely with the Front Office to ensure guest accommodations are ready in a timely manner to Four Seasons standards. They assist Supervisors with training and supervision of Housekeeping staff, and assume responsibility for the Department in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping. The ideal candidate is a passionate, motivated leader with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, as is solid business acumen and a passion for service. Strong training and supervisory skills are essential. Good written and spoken English skills are essential, as is computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word. Applicants are required to have 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role in the Rooms division. What To Expect From Your Work Experience
