Third Party Risk Senior Regional Liaison

Role purpose:
Act as the primary representative for the group's Third Party Risk framework within allocated entities and regions, ensuring rigorous adherence to third-party management policies and local regulatory requirements, and actively overseeing and enhancing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities. Core liaison:
Serve as the key link between the central Third Party Risk function and regional entities, ensuring consistent application and compliance with group policies across all levels. Guide local entities on policy implementation, assist with local regulatory interpretations related to Third Party Risk, and support IntraGroup risk activities such as materiality assessments and exit strategies. Risk oversight and control:
Support regional entities in TPRM risk oversight, including regional risk assessments, local controls, and escalation of deviations from policy or regulatory requirements with proposed corrective actions. Governance and forums:
Represent Third Party Risk in local business reviews, committees, and regional syncs. Collaborate with stakeholders and second line of defense to align with policy mandates and accurately report risk positions, addressing any gaps. Audit and exams:
Provide support for local audit and exam requests, coordinating with the central TPRM team to ensure globally aligned, compliant responses and timely remediation of concerns. IntraGroup activity:
Coordinate IntraGroup risk activities such as materiality assessments and exit strategies, ensuring alignment with group policy and clear responsibilities for overseeing group services. Localization and regulatory mapping:
Own localization of TPRM, including local regulatory mapping, remediation oversight, and management of outsourcing registers; support expansion and license requests with input to the TPRM framework and group policy adoption. Qualifications
Proven experience representing a central risk function and driving compliance with group-wide policies within diverse regional entities and multiple stakeholder levels. Experience with regional localization activities, including regulatory mapping, policy adoption, and managing outsourcing registers. Experience with governance and oversight, such as coordinating quarterly risk assessments and managing local controls. Experience acting as a representative in local forums and managing regional syncs. Experience providing support for local audits, exams, and IntraGroup activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in time and project management, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities with little supervision.
