About Us The Front Desk Agent is the key to our guest experience, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Provide friendly, outstanding service to guests, enhancing satisfaction.

Communication:

Convey information effectively; address guest inquiries promptly.

Problem-Solving:

Resolve guest concerns efficiently by evaluating options.

Multitasking:

Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs simultaneously.

Financial Skills:

Understand basic financial information and perform arithmetic as needed.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.

Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
