Incorporate case studies, interactive discussions, hands-on projects, and demonstrations of practical tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other AI applications). Make complex topics understandable and relevant for learners from diverse professional and educational backgrounds. Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress. Regularly update course content to reflect the latest developments in AI tools, trends, and workplace applications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Professional experience applying AI or machine learning in business, consulting, or organizational settings. Teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners strongly preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical learners. Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
