As part of LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will facilitate communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various settings, including medical, legal, and customer service. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for diverse interpreting assignments. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service Follow the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Adhere to all policies, procedures, and industry best practices Complete required training and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance activities Qualifications and Experience
Full fluency in English and Cantonese Knowledge of and ability to follow industry standards and protocols Strong client service skills Reliable transportation access At least 2 years of professional interpreting experience (preferred) Industry certifications such as CMI or CCHI (preferred) LSA is passionate about helping people thrive in a global environment.
