What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage a team of confirmation analysts handling U.S. commodity activities
Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex commercial topics and regulatory activities
Drive system improvements for contracts and confirmations processes using new technology
Provide guidance and support to partners on document preparation and execution of regulatory filings
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in negotiating and administering Master Trade Agreements and standard Purchase and Sale agreements
Bachelor\'s degree in a business-related subject area or a law degree with relevant knowledge
Strong proficiency in Energy Trading Risk Management software and MS Office applications
Solid understanding of physical commodity and financial derivatives contracting practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with U.S. CFTC trade compliance regulatory requirements
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and proactive approach in leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to thrive in periods of change with strong self-motivation
