Academic Job Description

The award of tenure is based on potential for sustained contributions, exceeding expected duties, and demonstrating leadership and innovation that enhance the University's reputation. The Clinical Scholar Track is for full-time faculty involved in clinical service, education, and related scholarship. It has two career paths: Clinician-Educator focusing on teaching, and Clinician-Investigator focusing on research/scholarship. Both paths require significant contributions in professional and academic service. Required Qualifications
