Procon Roofing has been a trusted name for 35+ years—and our North Carolina branch is scaling fast. We’re hiring a Senior Roofing Sales Rep (New Construction & Re-Roofing) to deepen partnerships with GCs, consultants, developers, and property managers—and keep the pipeline strong.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow key accounts in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
Be the primary point of contact from pre-con through award (site visits, pre-bid walkthroughs, tenders)
Coordinate with Estimating, Ops, and PMs to nail scope, pricing, and handoff
Stay ahead of the market: track local developments and position Procon for upcoming work
Keep a disciplined pipeline in the CRM—opportunities, quotes, follow-ups, and communications
Represent Procon at trade shows, associations, and networking events
Hit revenue and margin goals in partnership with the Sales Manager
What You Bring
5+ years in commercial roofing/construction sales (TPO knowledge strongly preferred)
A closer’s mindset with strong negotiation and follow-through
Customer-first approach—responsive, practical, and solution-oriented
Excellent communication with clients and internal teams
Organized and accountable—able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with single-ply systems (TPO)
Proficiency with CRM/sales tools
Compensation
Base Salary, Base + Commission, or Commission-Only (your choice)
