We are looking for talented hair stylists and barbers who are passionate about cutting hair for our now busy location in La Jolla! We have an amazing manager, Henary, who has a history of helping her team succeed. This is the second busiest location in all of San Diego County, and we have two immediate openings for full time positions along with some part time availability too! We're a quick drive to our regional Hair Stylist training center in Kearny Mesa, so we happily take people looking to improve as well.
What To Expect
Guaranteed hourly base pay for stylists ranging from $17-23 (Cash tips taken home daily!) New attire! Unique Style pieces that allow you to express yourself through fashion. Instant Clientele – start cutting immediately! Free in-person continuing paid education from nationally recognized barbering and cosmetology coaches Paid Holiday & Paid Time Off Culture – fun contests, rewards & recognition Medical insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Unlimited career opportunities and personal growth PT and FT Positions (Work 1-5 days a week - as few or as many as you want)
Requirements
A valid CA cosmetology license is required Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts? We will train you! Ability to provide an exceptional client experience Industry passion
