Miami HEAT The Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are hiring enthusiastic individuals to ‘ELEVATE’ the experience of each guest who attends or visits our facility. Greeters are responsible for a wide range of duties which include but are not limited to proactively assisting guests with inquiries, directing guests to their seating section, providing accurate facility information (nearest ATM, Guest Services location, store locations, F&B options, interactive experiences taking place during the event, Miami HEAT/Kaseya Center upcoming events) and providing a safe environment. Schedule and hours are event-based, which primarily take place Monday-Friday in the evening, Saturday/Sunday anytime, and holidays. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Demonstrate a fun, fan-friendly attitude and professional appearance at all times. Welcome all guests upon entry/exit with a warm welcome/thank you for coming, see you soon/next game, and provide the date and opponent name. Address and resolve any guest question or concern that may arise in a quick, polite & courteous manner. Maintains professional communication during all HEAT games and Arena events. Understand and enforce NBA and facility policy and procedures, which includes walking up and down aisles to while monitoring guest behavior. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment. Keep aisles and walkways clear of guests. Stay alert at all times. Positions are located inside/outside the facility and both above and beneath street level.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Must be available to work nights and weekends up to or beyond midnight. Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds Demonstrate understanding and familiarity with mobile apps preferred. Previous guest services experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
