Senior Production Eletrician | Up to $110K + 401K & Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Electrician to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Danbury, Connecticut. In this hands‑on role, you’ll design, install, and maintain production instrumentation, electrical wiring, and control systems used throughout a state‑of‑the‑art production facility. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to develop, troubleshoot, and enhance production equipment and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, select, and install components for electrical and control systems used in production operations.
Test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical, electronic, and control systems including PLCs, VFDs, and motor starters.
Collaborate with Engineering and third‑party contractors to design and implement process improvements.
Perform system calibration using precision tools, meters, and vendor‑supplied software.
Read and modify electrical schematics, generating “as‑built” documentation as required.
Install factory wiring in both general and classified (C1 D2) areas.
Maintain and monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment; order materials as needed.
Apply NEC500 and NFPA70 standards to evaluate and maintain electrical systems.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades of production control equipment.
Ensure safety compliance, following Lockout/Tagout and Hot Work procedures.
Attend engineering meetings and contribute to planning and implementation of future installations.
• Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 Base + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and bonus program.
