The EHS Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems. This role leads compliance efforts with internal standards, customer requirements, and government regulations, while also acting as the key driver of the company\'s ESGI (Environmental, Social, Governance, and Innovation) initiatives. Responsibilities
Coordinate and support EHS compliance initiatives across all functional teams. Maintain and supervise the annual Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory process. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all operational areas. Serve as the primary liaison for communication between EHS and other department heads. Management Systems Administration. Tracking and Achieving EHS Objectives. Monitoring Legal Compliance. Documentation and Systems Updates. Internal and External Audit Coordination. Customer Requirements Compliance Oversight. Lead initiatives on GHG reduction and renewable electricity usage. Monitor and reduce electricity intensity and water consumption per revenue unit. Ensure compliance with ROHS regulations and RBA certification. Drive efforts toward zero landfill waste and improved incident rate control. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in leading EHS functions. Minimum of 5 years\' knowledge of U.S. legal EHS requirements. At least 3 years of certification and practice as an Internal and Lead Auditor. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and systems, including ISO 14064, 14001, 45001, 50001, 9001, QC08001, and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance). Expertise in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting and reduction strategies. Certified ISO Systems Auditor. Trained in U.S. legal EHS requirements. Strong organizational and project management skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Leadership and teamwork capabilities. Bilingual in English & Mandarin a plus.
