Overview Offset Litho Printing Ink Technician. We are seeking a skilled Printing Ink Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ink formulation and color matching who is looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform precise color matches to customer and production specifications

Formulate and prepare small ink batches for production and testing

Oversee and support lab and production staff to ensure quality and efficiency

Maintain accurate records of formulations and adjustments

Uphold company quality and safety standards

Qualifications

Experience in printing ink formulation and color matching

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
