We are looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. Oversee service in the Front of House Enforce compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management Approve all Front of House side work Provide and oversee thorough training Work during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc. Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies Lead by example to develop employees and assistants Cross-train employees Oversee scheduling as directed by the Service Manager Develop promotions to drive sales and conduct rallies Manage compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training Practice safe food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant Help control guest flow Assist with liquor inventory and ordering Support local marketing efforts to build sales Maintain the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose Requirements
