For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award. Role Impact
Conduct doctrinal staff training on Army WfFs, educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science, and supporting staff exercises as a trainer. Review and process training requests according to the Commander's intent and submit to the assigned MTC for resourcing. Ensure training requests align with the strategic plan and vision of the unit commander. Track approved events and update the commander or staff on any changes. Integrate required contractor training resources before and during training events. Requirements
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s degree (field unspecified) and completion of CGSC / ILE (MEL 4) military education. Previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience. Preferred Qualifications
Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC experience. Why Join Us
