Pre-Weigh Technician Department:
Manufacturing Reporting Structure:
Reports to Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities: Review batch card prior to starting pre-weigh process. Verify accuracy of weigh scales. Check raw material status before pre-weigh. Record inventory movements using RF devices. Weigh materials according to batch card. Prepare paperwork such as labels and weight sheets. Clean and sanitize equipment. Report raw material discrepancies. Ensure area is clear before starting new batch. Maintain housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of weight scales and RF scanners. Forklift certification required. Detail-oriented and organized. Basic math skills, including conversions. Ability to work independently and reliably. Flexibility for overtime as needed. Basic computer skills. Adherence to GMPs and safety protocols. Physical Demands:
Ability to walk, sit, handle objects, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations available. Qualifications:
