Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold quality standards.
Oversee all aspects of banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.
Provide support during service by assisting with food and beverage delivery when needed.
Communicate effectively with guests and respond promptly and courteously to requests or concerns.
Train and mentor team members on plated and reception-style service (training available).
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively anticipate needs to enhance the overall experience.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform side work and preparations for upcoming events.
Cross-train within the Food & Beverage department to support other outlets during the off-season.

Proven banquet or hospitality leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
A hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
