Hampton Behavioral Health Center . We are looking for an energetic and motivated Community Liaison to serve the Central & Northern Jersey Region as a contact with new and existing referral sources, while continually identifying and cultivating new referral sources that have the potential to direct prospective clients to Hampton Behavioral Health Center. Responsibilities

In conjunction with the other Liaisons, assist with the development and refinement of marketing materials, website content, marketing collateral, competitive analyses, standard presentations, and departmental processes, reporting, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain a strong and productive referral relationships, ensuring the organization is understood by referral sources and educating them on the Hospital programs. Assist with market research to monitor changing patient demographics and evaluate marketing and communication activities for referral sources and the community. Collaborate with the team to maintain strong business and referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, insurance representatives and the medical community. Be flexible with scheduling for evening and weekend events as needed to maintain referral relationships. Facilitate mobile level of care assessments for patients in other treatment settings, conduct level of care assessments for psychiatric treatment (with possible co-occurring substance use), provide crisis and supportive contact with patients and families; ensure accurate and timely documentation; coordinate with insurance companies for authorizations of recommended treatment. Maintain the facility’s presence in the community by attending community meetings (e.g., SRC, PAC, mental health boards) and other groups as needed. Maintain ongoing relationships with screening centers by visiting regularly as designated by the Director of Community Resources. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, service excellence, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining strong referral relationships. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, clinically related field or humanities, or RN license. Minimum of three years experience in clinical and/or marketing positions, preferably in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with the healthcare environment and previous direct sales in marketing psychiatric services preferred. Familiarity with personal computers. Extensive travel involved within the Central & Northern Jersey Region. Benefits Highlights
