Fire Sprinkler Foreman
to be based out of our Charlotte, NC location. This is a traveling position. What You’ll Do
Project Execution: Supervise and lead a team in the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems Ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including various types and their installation requirements Provide guidance to the team on proper installation techniques and troubleshooting Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, safety protocols, and expectations Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of fire sprinkler installations Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Communicate effectively with the project team to provide updates on progress and address any concerns Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and procedures on construction sites Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all team members adhere to OSHA regulations Who You Are
