What a CAMILLA Boutique Stylist will do: Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to every guest. Build meaningful relationships with both new and loyal CAMILLA customers. Be a style icon, offering expert styling advice. Understand and assist with the day-to-day retail operations of the boutique. Embrace and embody the CAMILLA brand, becoming a role model for its culture and values. Innovate and find creative ways to meet and exceed customer expectations. Previous experience in a high-end fashion retail boutique. Passionate about styling, clienteling, and building lasting customer relationships. Ability to meet financial, operational, and service KPIs. Lead by example, guiding and inspiring fellow Casual Boutique Stylists. Expand CAMILLA's customer base through creative business development initiatives. Committed to personal growth and excited about career development. Bring a positive, angelic energy to interactions and service. Proactive and innovative in contributing to the boutique’s success.
