We’re seeking a compassionate and committed early childhood educator to join our vibrant 4K First Steps team. This role offers the opportunity to nurture young minds during one of the most important stages of development. You’ll design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our academy’s and the program standards, help students grow socially and academically, and foster a safe and joyful classroom culture. Responsibilities
Deliver age-appropriate lessons using audio/visual tools and hands-on activities Provide individualized instruction that encourages curiosity and confidence Create and share educational content: notes, assignments, projects Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Collaborate with colleagues, families, and stakeholders Organize fun and meaningful indoor/outdoor learning experiences Observe student behavior and report concerns when necessary Stay sharp through seminars, workshops, and continued professional development What We’re Looking For
Proven teaching experience, especially in early childhood education Strong understanding of educational best practices and policies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Creative, organized, and deeply committed to child development CPR certification preferred Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility Able to pass background checks and central registry check Current TB test and physical
