Position is responsible for assisting both the Concessions Operations and Catering Operations for Food and Beverage. Assists or manages food preparation and service operation for multiple concessions, portable, catering services, and offsite locations as needed. Assists with inventory control, event preparations and service, and production processes. Supervises and schedules staff, trains concessions/warehouse part-time staff and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO’s). Responsibilities: Manage and assist with events at all SAVOR operated venues throughout UNO Athletics. Manage concessions employees in the preparation and service of food and beverages, as well as clean-up Conduct training of concessions employees engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure high quality, efficient, and profitable food service Create a positive customer experience and maintain a pleasant attitude when working with staff and customers Purchase food and beverages according to anticipated demand and familiarity with public taste in food and beverages Direct food storage, preparation, and serving of refreshments by workers at concession stand Assign concession workers and NPO’s to locations for all events Perform point of sale event reconciliation at all locations after events to ensure accurate inventory and cash deposits Manage inventories at responsible locations during designated periods Work within guidelines for food and labor costs Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage employees in concessions and warehouse. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, directing work, performance appraisal, and problem solving, in accordance with ASM Global policies and applicable laws. Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 to 4 years’ experience in food and beverage service Or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous management experience in a similar venue or food and beverage operation Skills and Abilities: Ability to control costs, increase revenue, and manage financial reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with minimal supervision Excellent time-management skills Ability to train workers in food preparation and cooking to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations Ability to manage several direct reports Computer Skills: Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (must obtain): ServSafe Manager Certificate ServSafe Alcohol ServSafe Allergens Other Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands:

Must be able to walk, stand, stoop regularly; handle, feel, reach for products and equipment; lift/move up to 50 pounds. Note:
