Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Note:

This role calls for a
visionary and refined Executive Chef
to steward a legacy brand with a long-standing reputation for artistry, sophistication, and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for culinary heritage while driving modern refinement, flawless execution, and Forbes Five-Star–caliber service. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a talented culinary team across à la carte, banquets, and special events. Uphold and evolve the restaurant’s signature identity through creative menu development and classical techniques. Oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including costing, purchasing, scheduling, and quality control. Partner closely with ownership and senior management to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 3 years as Executive Chef in a luxury fine dining environment. Proven success in maintaining consistency and excellence at high volume while preserving artistry and precision. Deep knowledge of European and American fine dining traditions, with a passion for presentation and detail. Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor, motivate, and build team culture. Familiarity with Forbes and Michelin standards strongly preferred. Compensation & How to Apply
