We are connected by our mission - partnering and healing for a healthy future - and dedicated to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.**FTE:** 1.0, **Shift:** Day, **Schedule:** Day shift**Position Summary**The Senior Medication Assistance Coordinator assists patients and/or families access a variety of financial resources for medications by evaluating the financial situation of uninsured or under-insured patients in accordance with regulatory compliance while maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity; determines eligibility for medication assistance or any available assistance source. The Sr MAC liaisons with Patient Financial Services and the Clinical Team to maximize the organizations ability to reduce unnecessary financial losses associated with high cost medications and acts as an advocate for the patient in resolving medication payment/coverage issues.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.58 - $35.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
