City Experiences is seeking a Houseperson for our operation in San Francisco and Berkeley.

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking individuals to help us with setting up and breaking down dining room and banquet hall areas for our various events on our City Experiences Cruises and Events. This is a “hands-on” position that requires a positive attitude and ability to work well in a highly fast paced environment.
About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting up and breaking down dining room and banquet hall areas
Cleaning and General Housekeeping of Boats
This includes Bathrooms, General dining areas, hallways, stairwells Vacuuming and Mopping Duties Cleaning Glassware and Silverware as needed
Working and riding boat events for Restroom Attention and Cleaning as well as onboard housekeeping as needed Moving and rearranging tables, chairs and other furniture and supplies as needed Ability to follow specific directions and read floor diagrams Ability to lift 60 plus pounds without assistance, carry items up and down stairs, move about on yachts and in limited spaces Ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently Ascending/descending stairs or ladders safely Ability to maneuver through/in/around small and/or confined areas within the vessel Must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with job Must be capable of performing emergency duties as listed in the vessel’s station bill The majority of work is performed in a Marine environment in both indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to various temperatures and weather conditions, along with a moderate to loud noise level. Additional job duties as assigned.
