Role type: Part-time, with flexible scheduling and training provided. Responsibilities

Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or parental notice is provided to the clinical team. Subbing sessions for other clients to sustain productivity when a session is cancelled; subbing will occur on Saturdays and within the employee’s availability. Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans under the direction of Clinical Leaders to improve behavior and skill acquisition for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Travel to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services. Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes; communicates schedule changes and cancellations to the clinical team immediately. Participates in regular meetings and communicates with Clinical Leaders regarding Treatment Plans, family concerns, and questions. Completes necessary clinical documentation daily (Treatment Session Notes, Treatment Target Data, Behavior Data) and stays updated on site-related documents and current clinical reports. Keeps current with new research and developments in special education and related fields. Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other requested meetings; performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

You enjoy working with children and making a difference. H.S. Diploma or GED Flexible availability, with high demand Monday–Thursday from 3–8 pm and Saturday Complete new hire training (online and in person) Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID – California mandated) Reliable transportation Ability to work with diverse populations and communicate effectively in writing and verbally Good judgment, discretion, and ability to interpret policies and regulations Computer/word processing skills Physical & Other Requirements

Physical activities including constant visual tasks, sitting, typing, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds Occasional driving and travel as part of delivering services Benefits & Perks
