We are looking for passionate, high-energy sales talent to join the Cometeer team at our newest retail kiosk location. We’ve grown our Mall Kiosk Sales Team and our next stop is Scottsdale Fashion Square. We’re building a team of driven, outgoing sales reps who are excited to level up, love talking to people, and want to sell a product that wows customers. What Youll Do as a Coffee Sales Representative

This is not a typical retail role. You’ll be front and center, helping shoppers rethink coffee. Your mission is to deliver incredible samples, spark memorable conversations, and sign people up for Cometeer Memberships. Your responsibilities include: Guide mall guests through quick and compelling Cometeer demos Learn and deliver the 8 Goals of Membership: a conversational framework that turns sampling into sales Sign up new members and educate them on how Cometeer fits into their lives Track personal performance and earn bonuses based on results Represent the Cometeer brand with confidence, style, and integrity Improve every week through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience, and rise through the ranks as you grow your skill What Were Looking For

We don’t need coffee experts. We need people who can connect, communicate, and convert. Passion for coffee, sales, or food culture Experience in direct sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service Engaging, energetic, and approachable personality Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow with a team Available to work mall hours, including weekends Schedule & Availability

Starts as a Part-Time role at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Open availability is a plus, especially evenings and weekends. Compensation & Perks

Top performers regularly earn $1,500+/week with hourly pay plus commission. Hourly Pay: $18/hour during two-week paid training $20/hour post-training Commission Structure: 35% commission per Membership Sale Retention Bonus: a 5% commission bonus for every percentage point by which your personal retention rate exceeds 45%. This bonus is paid monthly and can effectively double your commission earnings. – Meet with a Regional Manager to deliver a sales pitch and discuss career opportunities, expectations, and goals. Final Interview (In-Person) 30 min

– Meet with our Store Manager to experience the job and team and confirm cultural fit. We aim to decide within 3 to 7 days of receiving strong applications.
